You have 14 days from the day your order is received to send your unworn merchandise back for a full refund. No exceptions will be made after the 14 days. As soon as your order is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.

When we receive the merchandise back we will inspect it to make sure it has not been worn. If is has not been worn, we will refund your account. If the 14 days have passed or there were signs that it was worn, the item will be shipped back to you. Place the packing slip in the package with the merchandise.

No shipping costs will be refunded.

My item passed the 14-day return. What can I do?

You can try to "sell" the item on Hello Honey's Facebook group.  Make a post with the picture and size.  Please no rude posts or comments or you will be banned from the group.

In order to ensure you are able to exchange for the proper size before we sell out, we recommend you purchase the new item in the correct size and ship the unwanted one back.
